When you can’t find the time bring your computer into the shop, Tech Junkies can be there with our Remote Support options. We provide any of our software services through a secure remote connection. All that is required is the ability to access our website. Examples include but are not limited to:

- Program Updates

The service is based on an hourly rate. We have a minimum charge of one half hour for any service performed. After the first 30 minutes the support is billed in 15 minute increments. Payments are handled over the phone and receipts are mailed out when the service is completed.
