PC Technician – Salina, KS

Job Description:
- Perform day-to-day operations in the Service Department
- Perform hardware and software repair on computers that arrive in the store
- Perform remote and onsite support
- Assist with customer service in person, on-site, and via phone
- Contact customers with quote for repair of their computer
- Contact customers when their computer has been completed
Applicant Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Previous customer support experience is a must
- Ability to multi-task
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to train other staff members
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A+ Certification or relevant course work
- N+ Certification or relevant course work
Hours:
- Full-Time
- 40 hours per week with some weekends
- Part-Time
- 20 to 35 hours per week with Saturdays required
