Customer Service Technician – Hays, KS

Job Description:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department
- Assist PC Technicians with day-to-day operations of the Service Department
- Assist customers with hardware, software, and support options through our offered products via phone, in-store, and remote support methods
- Diagnose computer issues before they are sent to the PC Technician
- Contact the customer when their computer is completed
- Contact the customer with a quote for repairs or replacement of computer
Applicant Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Previous sales experience is a must
- Outgoing personality
- Must have a solid background in the technology support field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preference will be given to applicants with A+/N+ Certification or relevant course work
Hours:
- Full-Time
- 40 hours per week with Saturdays required
- Part-Time
- 20 to 35 hours per week with Saturdays required
