Tech Junkies is a full service computer repair and service center with locations in Hays and Salina Kansas. Along with technology services we also offer in-stock and custom order Dell laptops and desktops, computer accessories, software, computer upgrade and replacement parts, networking equipment and custom order Dell servers.
Tech Junkies was started in 2007 as a one man computer repair shop. Since that time we have grown to two locations and added hardware and software sales to our product offering. We focus on providing a quality customer service experience to each and every client. We service a wide range of clients from home users to multi-location small businesses.
Home and Office Services
Retail Locations – Tech Junkies, Inc. Home and Office division services walk in clients at both of our retail locations. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis with no appointment required. We provide a full line of software and hardware repair through a fixed rate, flat-fee pricing model.
Remote Support – Within our Home and Office division we provide on-demand remote support services. We can remotely access your computer to fix a wide range of software problems such as virus removal, printer installation, software installs and network setups. We also service the majority of our VIP maintenance plans through remote support.
On-Site Service Calls – When a client requires a technician on site we can accommodate. On-site service calls are scheduled through each of our retail locations. In most cases we can offer same day or next day service. On-site service calls fall under our hourly rate and includes mileage fees when necessary.
